Exercising is essential for a healthy lifestyle, but may be difficult for some right now. We are here to help! Here is a short list of both paid and free at-home workout programs and apps. We can’t help with the motivation part, but picking out your method of exercise is the first step. Remember that keeping your body happy and healthy is your number one job right now! Here is some help with that first step.

  1. Orange Theory! Orange Theory Fitness is offering FREE (yes, free) online high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout classes. Orange Theory is well known for their commitment to well being. You should not miss an opportunity to take some classes for free. 
  2. DailyBurn.com! The reviews alone will lead you in their direction but if that does not do it for you the fact that they are offering 30 days FREE during quarantine should convince you to give this a try.
  3. Peloton! This company usually would require that you have the corresponding bike BUT with the app right now they are offering 90 days of free workouts without the bike. They offer meditation, cardio, yoga, strength and boot camp workouts so you will have no shortage of choices.
  4. Nike Training Club! This app is completely free and uses very little equipment so if you are a little less than completely prepared this app is PERFECT for you. Nike has always been supportive of people living their absolute best. Curiosity had us on this one. 

Your health is incredibly important at this time, and exercise could be one of the best methods for improving your health and well-being. Remember that strenuous exercise is not necessary and is not always good for you. At this time, moderate physical activity is the prescribed degree for working out. Stay happy! Stay healthy!
